We cover 100% of the Health Care premium for employees and their families under Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield

We also cover the full premium for Dental, Vision, Short Term / Long Term Disability, as well as Life Insurance.

From Day one Falls Technology contributes 3% of an employee's salary into a 401k plan every paycheck.  Employee contributions are not required to receive this automatic contribution.

At the end of the year Falls Technology targets an additional 6% of employee salary as a Profit Share distribution.

Employees are fully vested immediately.  

We believe that work life balance is important and with that we offer a total of 4 weeks paid time off (PTO)
